Dr. Collins did his undergraduate studies at Memphis State University. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree and Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee.

After optometry school, he began his professional career at Horner Rausch Optical as an independent optometrist in Antioch, Tennessee.

In 1993, Dr. Collins co-founded a group of doctor-owned eye clinics with offices in Columbia, Clarksville, Hendersonville, Franklin, Green Hills, and Antioch, Tennessee.

After leaving those clinics in 2015, he opened COLLINS EYE CENTER in Maryland Farms in Brentwood, Tennessee to focus on personalized patient care.

Dr. Collins is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Optometry. He enjoys fly fishing, cooking, grilling, travel and fitness.

Dr. Grace LaGrange earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia before receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee.

Throughout her clinical training, Dr. LaGrange cared for patients of all ages and gained experience providing comprehensive eye care, diagnosing and managing a wide range of ocular conditions, and caring for patients before and after ocular surgery. She has particular interests in anterior segment disease, dry eye management, binocular vision, and myopia management.

Dr. LaGrange is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and providing personalized, evidence-based eye care. She enjoys taking the time to educate patients about their vision and eye health while creating a comfortable, welcoming experience for every visit.

A Franklin native, Dr. LaGrange is excited to return home to care for the community where she grew up. She is available on Wednesdays and Fridays currently.
